Return & Exchange Policy
Introduction
At Warbler Kids, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and exchange policies carefully.
Paperless Receipts
In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we have eliminated paper packing slips from online orders. If you need a receipt or gift receipt for your order, you can find it in two ways:
- Visit the Order Details section of your order and click the Receipts button.
- Click the Track Order link at the top of the site and input your order information.
Return Policy
We will accept unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. To process a return, please ensure your item(s) have price tags attached and include the printed receipt, gift receipt, or digital receipt (via Ship Confirmation email or online account). Returns will not be accepted without a receipt. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
Note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
We will accept unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for exchanges of the same item/color but in a different size. All other transactions will be processed as a return. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Please ensure your item(s) have price tags attached and include the printed receipt, gift receipt, or digital receipt (via Ship Confirmation email or online account). Exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt. All exchanges are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit exchanges.
Receipt Requirements for Returns/Exchanges
With Printed/Digital Receipt:
- Returns within 30 days of the purchase date receive a full refund in the original form of payment, unless otherwise noted on the tag, online, or receipt. A merchandise credit will be issued if the original form of payment is not available.
- Exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date will be accepted and exchanged for the same item/color but in a different size. All other transactions will be processed as a return. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
With Gift Receipt:
- Gift returns within 30 days of the purchase date receive a full refund in the form of a merchandise credit, unless otherwise noted on the tag, online, or receipt.
- Gift exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date will be accepted and exchanged for the same item/color but in a different size. All other transactions will be processed as a return. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Without Receipt:
- Returns & exchanges will not be accepted without the printed, digital, or gift receipt.
Note: If a return or exchange does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale:
- Health & beauty accessories
- Pillows
- Jewelry dishes
- Items marked Final Sale
Return/Exchange Requirements
- Must be an item from Warbler Kids
- Must be within 30 days of the purchase date
- Must not have any signs of wear or damage; must have price tags attached
- Must not be a final sale item
Return/Exchange Process
By Mail:
- Print your digital receipt (via Ship Confirmation email or online account) or use your gift receipt/packing slip.
- Place the item(s) you’re returning along with the receipt in a box and seal it securely.
- Mail your package via the carrier of your choice to:

Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.
Gift Returns/Exchanges
Gift returns will receive a merchandise credit that can be redeemed online. Gift exchanges will be processed for the same item/color but in a different size. All other transactions will be processed as a return. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and cannot be processed by mail. Please ensure your item(s) have price tags attached and include the gift receipt/packing slip. Gift returns & exchanges will not be accepted without the gift receipt/packing slip. All returns & exchanges are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns & exchanges.
Note: If you are returning a gift by mail, the original form of payment will be credited to the original purchaser. If a gift card was used, a merchandise credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.
Refund Processing
By Mail: Refunds are processed and issued within 7-10 business days after a return has been received. If a gift card was used, a merchandise credit will be emailed to you within 2 weeks.
Price Adjustment Policy
Price adjustment requests will be honored when items are purchased at full retail price and if the merchandise is discounted within 7 days after the original purchase date. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments can only be processed with the receipt.
Online Purchases: To receive a price adjustment for full retail-priced items that went on sale within 7 days after the initial purchase date, please contact Customer Service. If you are due a price adjustment per the stated policy, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
